The soft play facilities are suitable for babies and children aged 0-4 years.
All products that we provide can be hired for 4hrs between the hours of 9am and 6pm plus including full set up and clear away unless otherwise stated or agreed.
The packages include free delivery to venues within 10 miles of Crystal Palace. Venues beyond 10 miles will incur a delivery fee. Please contact us for details
In order for us to hold your hire date you will need to pay a
£25 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Once your date is confirmed you will then have up to a
week before your booking date to pay the full balance of your hire package cost.
We currently accept BACS (bank transfer) and will soon accept Contactless Debit/Credit Card, Mastercard.
All orders are processed through invoices.
It is your responsibility to make sure that if you book an outdoor request for the equipment to be set up that you must have a backup plan in case of rain. Luna Luxe Play will not set up equipment in the rain or if rain is forecast, unless within a commercial marquee with sides.
In the event of a cancellation you will need to give us up to 7 days notice before your booking date which you can:
(1) Reschedule your booking date if available,
(2) Receive a 50% refund if you have paid your full hire balance in advance.
Any cancellations received within 6 days leading up to your booking date will only have the option to reschedule if date is available.
